Product Introduction

The GT400C vortex flowmeter is a velocity-type flowmeter designed based on the Karman Vortex principle. It is used to precisely measure and control the flow rate of gas, steam, or liquid within industrial pipelines. Applying advanced technology, it can simultaneously measure temperature, pressure, instantaneous flow rate, and totalized flow rate, and supports various communication functions such as RS485 (Modbus RTU), HART, and GPRS.

  • High Reliability & Maintainability: With no moving parts, mechanical wear is minimized, and the simple structure provides long-term stability and easy maintenance.
  • Stable Performance: The output frequency maintains a linear relationship with the flow rate, and there is no zero-point drift, ensuring highly stable performance.
  • Energy-Saving Design: Pressure loss is significantly lower, at about 1/4 to 1/2 that of an orifice flowmeter, offering excellent energy efficiency.
  • Corrosion Resistance & Durability: Adopting a 316L stainless steel sensor housing, it features strong corrosion resistance against alkaline solutions and most organic/inorganic acids.
  • Flexible Installation: Can be installed horizontally, vertically, or tilted at various angles depending on the on-site pipeline conditions.
