The GTUF200 Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a fixed, clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter that allows you to measure flow rates simply by attaching sensors to the outer wall of a pipe, without the need to cut the pipe or shut down operations. It utilizes the transit-time measurement method to enable precise readings. Designed with a structure where both the main unit and sensors are securely fixed directly to the pipe, it provides a stable, long-term monitoring environment.

Product Features

  • Non-Intrusive Clamp-on Type: Since clamp-on sensors are attached to the exterior without any pipe processing or drilling, installation costs are reduced, and there is zero risk of leakage or pressure loss
  • Wide Pipe Range & Materials: A single system can accommodate pipes ranging from small (DN32mm) to extra-large (DN6000mm). It is perfectly applicable to various pipe materials and lined pipes, including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and PVC.
  • Magnet-Embedded & Bracket Sensors: Standard and high-temperature sensors feature built-in magnets for easy attachment to metal pipes. Selecting the dedicated mounting bracket can further enhance installation efficiency and measurement accuracy.
  • High Protection & Heat Measurement: The sensor unit supports full waterproofing up to the highest IP68 rating, ensuring safe use even in harsh sites or areas at risk of flooding. Additionally, it features input terminals for connecting PT100 platinum resistance thermometers, allowing simultaneous measurement of both flow rate and heat energy.
  • Bi-directional & Multi-output: It can measure both forward and reverse flow rates 0~±8m/s, It natively provides 4-20mA analog output, OCT pulse output, relay output, and RS485 (MODBUS) communication, offering exceptional flexibility for integration with upper-level systems.
