Product Introduction
The GTUM-100 ultrasonic flowmeter is an innovative clamp-on measurement device that completely eliminates the pipe cutting and processing stages, which were the biggest obstacles in conventional flowmeter installation. Equipped with a world-class ultra-precise time measurement chip, it captures and measures even extremely minute fluid flows in real time without errors at an overwhelming time resolution of up to 20ps (picoseconds).
By realizing a non-destructive measurement method where the fluid and sensor do not come into direct contact, there is no concern about internal pipe corrosion, cross-contamination, or pressure loss. It can be installed immediately while the production line is running, ensuring optimal productivity without process downtime.
This ultra-compact smart sensor is designed to precisely measure even extremely fine flow rates based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. It detects the velocity of conductive liquids flowing inside the pipe and converts it into an electrical signal. Specifically engineered for ultra-small diameters (DN3 to DN32), it provides excellent stability even in low-flow environments. In particular, based on its high repeatability and durability, it delivers reliable real-time flow data even in harsh industrial processes.
