GFMR-78T 물용 시리즈는 수자원 관리 및 순수 물 측정 공정에 최적화된 78GHz 고주파 FMCW(주파수 변조 연속파) 레이더 레벨 미터입니다.빔 각도가 좁아 정밀한 조준이 가능하며, 상하수도, 저수지, 강하천 등 물 관련 모든 현장에서 기후 변화에 영향을 받지 않고 가장 안정적이고 정확한 수위 데이터를 제공하는 표준형 레이더 레벨 미터입니다. 견고한  하우징과 범용적인 나사산(G1.5″, G2″) 구조를 채택하여 일반 대기 노출 환경에서도 안정적인 수위 측정을 지원합니다.

  • Powerful Linearity of 78GHz FMCW: Featuring an exceptionally narrow beam angle of approximately 6.8°, it accurately targets only the water surface without wall interference (false echoes), even inside manholes with numerous structures or narrow channels.
  • Available in distinct measurement ranges of 10m, 20m, and 30m depending on the model.
  • Optimized measurement coverage in low-clearance spaces with a minimal dead band of less than 150 to 180mm.
  •  Supports simultaneous output of 4-20mA analog signal and RS485 Modbus communication.

  • Offers a cost-effective and seamless replacement for conventional ultrasonic level meters and 26GHz radar level meters, effectively overcoming their technological limitations.

■ Precautions

  • Outdoor Protection Measures: When installing in open outdoor locations exposed to year-round direct sunlight or lightning risks, it is highly recommended to equip a sunshade (UV protection cover) and a surge protector.
  • Measurement Restrictions: Measurement may be restricted in highly corrosive chemical environments (such as strong acids and alkalis) or high-temperature, high-dust processes; please apply to standard water supply and wastewater treatment applications.
  • Maintaining Minimum Distance (Dead Band): Properly adjust the installation height so that the maximum water level does not breach the dead band zone directly in front of the sensor (approximately 0.08m to 0.1m depending on the model).

  • Surface Alignment Angle: The antenna radiation surface must be precisely aligned perpendicular ((90°) to the water surface to collect optimal reflected wave signals. If the antenna becomes contaminated, gently wipe it with a soft cloth.

  • Rainwater Ingress Prevention: Tighten the waterproof cable gland securely and bend the cable downward into a "U" shape (drip loop) to prevent rainwater from running along the cable and entering the housing interior.
  • Radio Regulatory Compliance: Prior agreement with the relevant radio observatory is required if the installation is intended within a 2 km radius of a radio astronomy antenna.
