The GTUX-100 ultrasonic flowmeter is an innovative, next-generation clamp-on flowmeter that takes on-site installation convenience to the next level. Equipped with a world-class, state-of-the-art time measurement chip, it precisely controls fluid flow in real time with an overwhelming time resolution of 50ps (picoseconds), increasing process efficiency and drastically reducing production costs for companies.
In particular, this equipment introduces an original circular magnetic core structure design, allowing it to automatically lock onto the outside of the pipe in just 2 to 3 minutes without any complicated tools, enabling immediate measurement. By implementing a non-destructive external measurement method, it eliminates the need for pipe cutting or shutdown (downtime), completely blocking risks of pressure loss, sensor corrosion, and sanitary contamination. It is a standard model for smart industrial plants.
