Product Introduction
The GTJ micro impeller flowmeter is a high-precision integrated sensor that monitors the flow rate, temperature, and pressure of liquid inside a pipe in real time.
An impeller supported by bearings is installed in the center of the pipeline. As fluid passes through the pipeline, it impacts the impeller blades, causing the impeller to rotate. During this process, the rotational speed of the impeller is directly proportional to the velocity of the fluid flow.
This rotation triggers a Hall effect switch to generate a frequency signal proportional to the flow rate. The transmitter then converts this signal into an electrical output, while the integrated pressure and temperature sensors simultaneously output their respective data.
