Product Introduction
The GT400D vortex flowmeter is a velocity-type flowmeter based on the Karman vortex principle. It is mainly used for measuring and controlling fluid flow rates within industrial pipelines, such as gas, steam, or liquid. Depending on the model, this equipment can simultaneously measure temperature, pressure, instantaneous flow rate, and totalized flow rate. It also supports various communication options including pulse output, 4–20mA analog signal, RS485 (Modbus RTU), HART protocol, and GPRS (IoT).

- High Reliability: With no moving parts, it minimizes failures, maintains long-term stability, and has a simple structure for easy maintenance.
- No Zero Drift: The sensor output frequency maintains a linear relationship with the actual flow rate, and there is no zero-point drift, ensuring highly stable performance.
- High-Precision Measurement: Guarantees high measurement accuracy of ±1.0% for general liquids and ±1.5% for gases.
- Energy Saving: The pressure loss is as low as approximately 1/4 to 1/2 that of an orifice flowmeter, offering excellent energy efficiency.
- Strong Corrosion Resistance: Uses a high-precision piezoelectric wafer sensor and a 316L stainless steel housing, providing strong corrosion resistance against acid/alkali solutions and organic acids.
- Installation Flexibility: Can be installed horizontally, vertically, or at various angles depending on the on-site piping environment.
- Long Battery Life: Equipped with a 3.6V high-energy lithium battery, allowing for more than one year of use even in locations without a power supply.
